July 29, 2016

[:en]The Urban Taskforce Australia just published its winner list for Year 2016 last week, and Bridgehill Group’s prestigious development “Bridgehill Residences” won the “Development Excellence Award” for Adaptive Re – Use.

The Annual Dinner and Development Excellence Awards were held on Wednesday 27 July 2016 at the Four Seasons hotel, Sydney. On the exciting night, Urban Taskforce delivered its crown to “Bridgehill Residences”. The judges commented that “the project successfully adapts a tired commercial building and now features a sophisticated double glazed curtain wall skin with high quality winter gardens and open plan living areas”.

The Urban Taskforce awards acknowledge development projects that achieve the best outcomes in terms of client requirements, environment, business and community considerations; as well as time, cost and quality. These awards recognise the crucial role of the developer in making a new development an outstanding success.

It is believed that the “Bridgehill Residences” in Milsons Point not only re-image the gateway to North Sydney but also set up a benchmark for Sydney’s architectural reform.

Only weeks before getting this award, Bridgehill Group has just won the best of “Excellence in Housing” from Master Builders Association of NSW (MBA).[:zh]The Urban Taskforce Australia just published its winner list for Year 2016 last week, and Bridgehill Group’s prestigious development “Bridgehill Residences” won the Development Excellence Award for Adaptive Re – Use.
