ALBA & LUNA marks the final stage of Bridgehill’s involvement in Green Square, following the completion of UNO & JADE. The project brings to a ten-year journey within one of Sydney’s most significant urban renewal precincts.
Over the past ten years, Bridgehill has witnessed Green Square’s transformation from a master-planned vision into a thriving, established community. Amid market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the industry, we have remained steadfast in our founding values and professional standards. Despite sharp increases in construction material and labour costs, mounting subcontractor pressures, and extended compliance timeframes, our team continued to advance construction and quality control with discipline and resolve.
From every wall and brick to every landscaped detail, rigorous standards were applied to deliver on our promise of quality. Today, the smiles of homeowners holding the keys to their new residences stand as the most genuine testament.
