Bridgehill Group celebrates success at Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2024-2025
We are pleased to share that Bridgehill Group has been included on the winners list at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards for the fourth time.
Often dubbed the ‘Oscars of Real Estate’, these awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from over 160 countries and regions around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
This year, winners were presented at an exciting event held at The Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park in Bangkok on May 30th and 31st.
Attended by members of the real estate industry from all over the region, the awards were judged by an independent panel of over 120 industry experts. Judging focuses on a number of factors, including design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
Bridgehill Group has been named winners for LUNA and ALBA projects in multiple categories, alongside some of our Australian peers, including Lendlease, Meriton and Aland.
Asia Pacific Property Awards Winner: LUNA
Recently launched in Sydney’s Green Square, our upcoming LUNA development was recognised in three categories of the Asia-Pacific Property Awards:
- Best Architecture Multiple Residence ★★★★★
- Best Mixed Use Architecture ★★★★★
- Apartment / Condominium Development
LUNA has also been nominated as Best Architecture Multiple Residence Asia Pacific, representing Asia Pacific to compete as the worldwide winner in this category. This accolade comes as a result of the detailed planning and thought that has gone into ensuring LUNA sets the benchmark for luxury living in Sydney.
