Bridgehill Celebrates LUNA Building C Launch and Sales Achievements
Bridgehill Group and Apex Group proudly co-hosted the LUNA Building C Launch and the ALBA & LUNA Annual Sales Awards Ceremony at Crown Hotel Sydney. The event brought together a great number of guests, including industry leaders and partners, to mark the launch of LUNA Building C and honour top performers within our sales partners.
Opening the event, Bridgehill Group Managing Director, Mr. Yibin Xu, welcomed guests and reflected on the company’s commitment to its mission: “Beyond development: creating inspiring places where dreams reside.” Mr. Xu highlighted Bridgehill’s accomplishments over the past year, including the successful market debut of LUNA Building B and prestigious recognitions at the International Property Awards 2024-2025.
A highlight of the event was the announcement of Bridgehill’s new Tallawarra project, a master-planned waterfront residential community on the western shore of Lake Illawarra. This project marks Bridgehill’s evolution from delivering high-rise metropolitan apartments to regional land and house communities, further demonstrating our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of property buyers with innovative and inspiring developments.
Mr. Denis Wan, CEO/Director of Apex and a highly successful 30+ years real estate veteran, shared his advise on how to become a top-tier real estate agent. He stated ” The properties you are selling and the developer behind them are extremely crucial in this industry. A lot of times things don’t work out even if you haven’t done anything wrong, it is not about you or your skill, it is the products that aren’t yet up there.”
Steven Li, the Sales Manager of ALBA & LUNA, presented the main features of LUNA Building C. He said “While inheriting LUNA’s excellent location, innovative space design, and exquisite craftsmanship, building C offers more two and three bedrooms apartments compared to Building B, providing the diversity of choices for buyers.”
The ceremony also celebrated outstanding sales achievements. Ipan Property received the “Diamond Sales Team Award,” while Jinding Real Estate and Cubecorp Realty were honoured with the “Platinum Sales Team Award” and “Gold Sales Team Award,” respectively. Jennifer Zhang of Apex was recognized with the “Best Project Manager Award” for her exceptional leadership and effort in managing the sales team of the ALBA & LUNA project.
Additionally, GBE Property Investment and Kingold Property teams were recognized for their outstanding dedication and media promotions, winning the “Most Diligent Sales Team Award” and the “Best Media Promotion Award,” respectively.
