Four luxury penthouses being sold via international EOI

September 18, 2015

FOUR penthouse apartments and sky homes worth between $7 million and $12 million in a new Milsons Point complex are being marketed to foreign buyers in an international expression of interest campaign.

The luxury apartments — close to where Australian superstars Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have their own $15 million plus Sydney getaway — are situated in the recently completed Bridgewater Residences at 80 Alfred St.

The penthouses are on the 17th and 18th floors, and range in size from 244sq m to 400sq m. It is estimated they will sell for $30,000 per sqm.

The penthouses offer stunning harbour views.

In a departure from the off the plan sales that have characterised Sydney luxury apartment sales, the penthouses were completed before going to market.

“We sold 120 apartments off the plan in 2013 but we wanted to showcase the exceptional quality of the penthouses, and, frankly, we were unsure what to set their prices at,” said David Lee, director of sales and marketing for Bridgehill.

“We will be embarking on an international marketing campaign because the falling Australian dollar makes our property even more financially attractive to offshore buyers.”

“The penthouses and skyhomes are ideal for those people accustomed to living in a large house who now want the buzz of a vibrant, well connected neighbourhood.

Outdoor dining with a view to die for.

The apartments have luxury fittings throughout.

“As luxurious as the fittings and fixtures are it’s the views which truly captivate —spectacular by day and even more breathtaking at night.”

Designed by the internationally acclaimed architects SJB, Bridgehill Residences is an Energy efficient and ecologically sustainable building with a concierge located at the lobby

“The building has been constructed without compromise to ensure it sets a new benchmark for quality in this prestigious location,” said the managing director of Bridgehill, Yibin Xu.

“Milsons Point has so much going for it that the area can only continue to grow in status, in value and in demand.”

Nicole Kidman’s penthouse is on the 21st floor of Latitude.

Each penthouse and sky home has the feel of a luxurious single level house, with three large bedrooms — most with private ensuites — a powder room, ducted air-conditioning, and two secure car spaces with basement storage.

The well-heeled new residents will be in proximity to Kidman, who has purchased three separate apartments in the Latitude complex since 2009 to create a stunning 21st floor penthouse for her family visits to Sydney.

Kidman has been happy to mix with locals during her stays, even taking part this year in that most Australian of pastimes — the annual Anzac Day two up competition at the nearby Kirribilli Club.
